• Interface between client requirements, technical implementation and internal solution development • Technical consulting for clients and internal teams • Participation in client projects and handling technical project tasks • Handling complex service requests in the area of Digital Signage and Conferencing • Support with deployments, testing and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) • Accompanying client projects through to successful handover • Conducting workshops, presentations and training sessions • Presales support during client meetings and preparing proposals • Creation of technical documentation and implementation concepts • Development and standardization of solutions and services

Job Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training with a strong affinity for technology, or equivalent qualification
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in the AV, UC, or Digital Signage environment
  • Practical experience with Digital Signage and Conferencing solutions
  • Technical knowledge across multiple areas such as CMS systems, LED walls, DooH or Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Enjoyment of implementing technical solutions on-site with clients
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor with clients and partners
