• Nossos Consultores de Manufatura Inteligente trabalham em diversos setores industriais em todo o mundo, apoiando os clientes em suas jornadas de transformação digital. • Neste papel, você ajudará as organizações de manufatura a projetar e implementar soluções modernas, escaláveis e eficientes que resolvem problemas reais do chão de fábrica. • Você estará envolvido de ponta a ponta: desde discussões de pré-vendas e arquitetura de soluções até a entrega bem-sucedida do projeto e adoção do cliente. • Esta posição requer forte profundidade técnica, compreensão de negócios e a capacidade de se comunicar claramente com as partes interessadas em todos os níveis. • Engajar-se com os clientes durante as pré-vendas para entender os desafios, definir o escopo e propor arquiteturas adequadas. • Projetar e implementar soluções de Manufatura Inteligente alinhadas com as melhores práticas da indústria. • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de OT/IT para integrar SCADA, MES, PLCs, bancos de dados e sistemas empresariais. • Apoiar todo o ciclo de vida do projeto: requisitos, arquitetura, desenvolvimento, teste, implantação e entrega. • Traduzir as necessidades reais do chão de fábrica em soluções digitais escaláveis. • Colaborar com equipes globais e contribuir para a melhoria contínua das metodologias e frameworks.

• Review and assess individual case safety reports, including medical accuracy checks, narrative review, coding verification, assessment and provision of medical causality comments. • Support signal detection activities through regular review of aggregate data. • Provide medical input into periodic safety reports such as DSURs and PSURs. • Review and contribute to project‑specific Safety Plans and other pharmacovigilance (PV) documents. • Provide medical consultancy for pre‑ and post‑marketing activities including study design, protocols, investigator brochures, core safety information and risk management plans. • Support medical monitoring across clinical studies, including review of study documents, training of project teams and contributions to regulatory and ethics submissions. • Attend investigator meetings and Data Monitoring Committee meetings when required. • Provide ongoing medical data review covering adverse events, laboratory results and physical examinations. • Offer guidance to investigators and study teams, including emergency unblinding for safety concerns when necessary. • Provide 24/7 medical contact as required and liaise directly with sponsor teams.

• Serve as a dedicated IT support technician managing a high volume of support tickets, consistently meeting SLA targets and maintaining quality resolutions • Handle intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting of computer, application, and network issues across Mac OS and Windows • Provision, configure, and maintain user laptops, workstations, and accounts • Support and facilitate client onboarding and offboarding, from account provisioning to equipment shipments • Assist on IT project deployments including MDM rollouts, network configurations, and hardware rollouts • Manage physical assets including inventory, cable management, and general workspace upkeep • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices in line with compliance requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA • Help configure automations and tooling especially around onboarding and offboarding workflows • Mentor and support junior team members as you grow into the role
