• Independently ascertain how to query the necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights • Leverage historical claims data and provide reporting that allows for assessment and risk management • Assist in preparing deliverables for operation teams that support a member’s transition experience to SmithRx • Ensure high quality, “client ready” deliverables through an audit/evaluation process and personal accountability • Execute deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and provide clear insights on findings • Clearly communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, slack, phone, video call, etc. • Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate other potential impact from implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years professional experience
- Experience in software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
- Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data and develop key insights
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker and Tableau
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment.

Role Description We are seeking a Sr. Grants & Contracts Analyst who will be responsible for comprehensive financial and award management, overseeing the accounting, finance, and contract needs of the SMART4TB Consortium. The Sr. GCA is a member of the SMART4TB Senior Management Team and provides high-level financial project management to ensure financial, contractual, and process efficiency and compliance of the project. - Ensure transparent procurement processes, grantee expenditure tracking, and grantee capacity-building in fund management and reporting. - Provide dedicated professional-level sponsored funds management for more than 80% of the time. - Handle pre-award and post-award functions including proposal preparation, submission, budget development, account maintenance and oversight, billing/invoicing, reporting, compliance, and closeout. - Work independently on a variety of grants/contracts that range from moderately to highly complex.
