• Realizar atendimento consultivo a clientes corporativos, compreendendo necessidades, contexto operacional e perfil de risco; • Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos, promovendo fidelização e percepção de valor; • Acompanhar a jornada do cliente, oferecendo suporte técnico e comercial ao longo do ciclo da apólice; • Elaborar, apresentar e acompanhar cotações e propostas comerciais, alinhadas às necessidades do cliente; • Conduzir negociações estratégicas com seguradoras e clientes, garantindo competitividade e rentabilidade; • Realizar visitas, reuniões, apresentações e ações de prospecção, identificando oportunidades de expansão da carteira; • Realizar e acompanhar renovações de seguros, avaliando riscos, ajustando coberturas e assegurando retenção; • Analisar desempenho da carteira, propondo readequações de produtos conforme evolução do cliente; • Monitorar vencimentos, pendências de documentação e retorno de propostas, garantindo fluidez operacional; • Processar solicitações de novas apólices, endossos, alterações de beneficiários, mudanças de cobertura, faturamento e prêmios; • Apoiar clientes na regularização de pendências, atrasos ou reintegração de apólices; • Notificar segurados e agentes sobre mudanças em políticas, cancelamentos ou ajustes contratuais; • Registrar interações, propostas, movimentações e status de negociações em sistemas como Quiver e CRM; • Atualizar dados dos clientes, garantindo histórico, rastreabilidade e qualidade das informações; • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e apoiar a geração de relatórios para liderança.

Job Requirements

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas e negociação estratégica, atuando na identificação de necessidades, gestão de objeções, construção de soluções e fechamento de negócios;
  • Conhecimento em produtos e ramos de seguros (Auto, Vida, Empresarial, Saúde, Responsabilidade Civil, entre outros);
  • Capacidade de interpretação e análise de apólices, coberturas, franquias, cláusulas, riscos e exclusões;
  • Vivência na gestão de carteira corporativa, com foco em retenção, expansão e desenvolvimento de clientes;
  • Conhecimento dos processos de cotação, subscrição e renovação de seguros;
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita para condução de reuniões, apresentações comerciais e elaboração de propostas;
  • Perfil analítico para identificação de oportunidades, análise de dados e avaliação de riscos;
  • Organização e disciplina comercial para gestão de pipeline, follow-up, metas e priorização de contas;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de corretoras e CRM, como Quiver, para registro e acompanhamento de propostas e carteira de clientes.
