Beyond deployment, this engineer authors, socializes, and governs the standards for how the organization consumes cloud services. Key Responsibilities - Infrastructure as Code & Automation - Deploy and manage GCP infrastructure natively as code (IaC) utilizing Terraform integrated into automated CI/CD pipelines. - Build, maintain, and optimize automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline environment provisioning. - Embed security, identity, governance, and network security policies directly into automated, reusable infrastructure templates. - Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Support - Configure and deploy highly available Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), Shared VPCs, and cloud compute instances across all hosted enterprise workloads. - Design and implement comprehensive platform observability, including monitoring, logging, metrics, and operational health reporting. - Manage cloud platform users, organizations, groups, and access controls in strict alignment with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards. - Standardization, Strategy, & Support - Define, document, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the secure consumption of GCP IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings. - Analyze emerging GCP features for platform adoption and advocate cloud capabilities to internal teams to drive active migrations. - Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to provide Tier-2 engineering support, system monitoring, and rapid incident response for production environments. Qualifications - 5 or more years of infrastructure development experience with hands-on experience utilizing GCP foundation services (compute, network, storage, administration, and security). - 5 or more years of hands-on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience utilizing Terraform or similar configuration tools. - Demonstrated domain expertise across Windows and Linux IaaS, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR), networking, storage, containers, and open-source software (OSS). - Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure deployments within complex, enterprise-wide environments. - Hands-on experience building, testing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines. - Strong scripting capabilities utilizing Bash, Python, YAML, and PowerShell. - Ability to successfully pass comprehensive background checks, including State, Federal, and Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) clearances. Role Description TechFlow is seeking an experienced Database Engineer / Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support a mission-critical DoD software development and modernization program in Montgomery, AL. This program provides software development and technical support services to sustain, enhance, and optimize a critical customer system through secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The Database Engineer/DBA will be responsible for the administration, security, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Oracle databases supporting mission-critical applications. This role will ensure database environments remain secure, highly available, and optimized while supporting Agile software development and DevSecOps practices. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, DevSecOps engineers, system architects, testers, and program leadership to support database modernization initiatives and maintain the integrity, availability, and performance of critical data assets. • Act as design lead for airfield civil construction projects while working with one or more EIT’s and other project team members • Oversee and mentor one or more EITs in the areas of grading design, pavement design, marking design, airport operational construction safety and phasing plans, and other components of airport design • Coordinate with owners, internal staff, and subconsultants throughout the project life cycle • Present design concepts, alternatives, and solutions during client review meetings • Act as design lead during the bidding process • Participate in construction inspection and oversight, either as lead inspector or as technical support

• Develop and configure project-specific RTDS and RSCAD models for utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid power plants. • Translate electrical one-lines, control narratives, interconnection requirements, equipment data, and project specifications into real-time simulation models. • Build and validate plant-level models for active power, reactive power, voltage control, frequency response, ramp-rate control, curtailment, and grid support functions. • Develop and maintain reusable RSCAD model libraries, templates, and project standards. • Develop, review, and validate PSCAD models to support project-specific studies, controls validation, and grid compliance requirements. • Support model alignment between PSCAD and RTDS/RSCAD environments. • Work with inverter OEMs, BESS OEMs, and internal engineering teams to validate control behavior and model assumptions. • Set up project-specific Hardware-in-the-Loop environments using RTDS and physical control hardware. • Integrate PPCs, EMS controllers, RTACs, relays, gateways, SCADA servers, network switches, firewalls, and communication interfaces into the HIL environment. • Validate controls performance under normal operating conditions, grid disturbances, curtailment scenarios, plant trips, communication failures, and recovery events.
