Role Description The Director, Business Finance Consolidations & Enterprise Reporting serves as the central planning, consolidation, and performance reporting leader across the Business Finance enterprise. This role is responsible for consolidating financial plans, forecasts and results across three Business Groups, providing enterprise-level insights and decision support to VP Finance and partnering closely with the three Group AVPs of Finance. The position acts as the primary steward of financial management processes, ensuring alignment across Business Finance while driving standardization, data quality and analytical rigor across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Lead consolidation of annual plans, forecasts, long-range plans and monthly outlooks across three Business Groups. - Ensure consistency of assumptions, methodologies and financial reporting across the enterprise. - Deliver enterprise financial reporting, material for performance reviews and content for Board materials for executive leadership. - Provide insights on performance drivers, risks, opportunities and outlook. - Partner with Group Finance AVPs to align priorities, challenge assumptions and support resource allocation decisions. - Facilitate material for enterprise reviews and drive actions to improve business performance. - Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across planning and reporting processes. - Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for consolidations and reporting whilst leveraging analytics. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, management consulting or business operations within a complex, multi-business organization. - Demonstrated consulting-style problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to rapidly develop business context, structure ambiguous issues, synthesize diverse inputs and formulate clear recommendations for senior leaders. - Strong strategic, analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial and operational performance into concise enterprise-level insights and executive narratives. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, align cross-functional teams and operate effectively in highly matrixed environments. - Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management and executive reporting processes, supported by strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. - Track record of building high-performing teams, driving process improvement and leveraging technology and analytics to enhance decision support.
