• Lead the vision, strategy, and performance of E3n’s admissions assessment portfolio. • Establish and maintain the strategic vision for the admissions portfolio, including current programs and the future blended admissions solution. • Define product roadmaps, investment priorities, and sequencing aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities. • Evaluate competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends to ensure continued relevance and differentiation. • Serve as the primary strategic leader responsible for bringing next-generation admissions solutions to market. • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product teams, Research & Innovation, Enterprise Data & Insight, technology, design, operations, and external partners. • Define product functionality, requirements, and business rules to guide development efforts. • Coordinate with platform and operations teams responsible for registration, administration, and related systems. • Remove barriers to execution by aligning stakeholders and resolving competing priorities. • Review and approve releases to ensure quality, alignment, and readiness. • Collaborate with Research & Innovation to develop next-generation admissions models, constructs, and blended assessment approaches. • Partner with Enterprise Data & Insight to explore predictive analytics, AI-enabled evaluation tools, and cross-lifecycle insights that enhance decision-making. • Monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement. • Own the financial performance of the admissions portfolio, including margin contribution and investment effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience with at least 7+ years of experience managing products, programs, or portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Experience working within structured development methodologies such as Agile or similar frameworks.
- Ability to analyze business metrics and translate insights into strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in educational assessment, admissions testing, or edtech environments.
- Knowledge of the independent school market or enrollment processes.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios and high-stakes programs.
- Experience with profit and loss responsibility or business performance management.
- Advanced degree in education, business, social sciences, or a related field.
