Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid & Proposal Specialist to support our North American Land business. This role will manage competitive bid opportunities, coordinate cross functional teams, and ensure proposals are submitted accurately, on time, and in compliance with customer and company requirements. The position supports both government and commercial opportunities and plays a critical role in enabling business growth. - Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process for government, commercial, and industrial opportunities. - Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other customer solicitations. - Develop project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met. - Partner with Sales, Supply, Transportation, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather information and approvals. - Serve as the central point of coordination for assigned opportunities. - Review proposal requirements and ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant. - Prepare, edit, and organize proposal documents and supporting materials. - Support contract administration, process improvements, and best practice development. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, contract administration, project coordination, project management, change management, sales operations, or a related field. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. - Experience coordinating cross functional teams and driving projects to completion. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve results without direct authority. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
