Role Description As an experienced, visionary leader within the marketing organization, you will orchestrate the growth engine that fuels Augury’s global revenue pipeline. You will lead and develop a high-performing team to refine customer acquisition and expansion strategies. This is a unique opportunity to help a leading company fuel its next level of growth, including the launch of new products, segments, and positioning. You will have experience building agentic and automated pipeline strategies across multiple channels, ensuring there is alignment to reach GTM targets. This role encompasses all aspects of growth marketing: - Paid advertising - Events - Field marketing - ABM While supported by a team, you will set strategic direction and contribute to demand gen initiatives as needed. This role is part of the Marketing Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. Employee must be located in eastern or central timezone. A Day In Your Life - Strategic Vision and Orchestration: Cultivate and champion a sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation strategy aligned with long-term corporate objectives to ensure predictable and scalable revenue expansion. - Revenue Forecasting and Fiscal Accountability: Act as the lead architect for quarterly and annual pipeline modeling to ensure the organization consistently achieves aggressive growth milestones. - Leadership / Management: Guide and develop team and peers as a people leader with a commitment to professional mentorship and the scaling of high-impact marketing teams. - Enterprise ABM Framework: Set the strategic direction for high-impact account engagement, guiding cross-functional teams to increase pipeline velocity to acquire net new logos and drive account expansion. - Intelligence and Optimization: Synthesize complex analytics into executive-level insights to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. - Global Resource Stewardship: Direct the strategic allocation of the demand-gen budget, prioritizing investments that deliver maximum impact and long-term institutional value. - Operational Excellence: Promote a high-performance culture by mentoring the Marketing Operations team in the development of world-class growth and reporting infrastructure. - MarTech & Analytics Governance: Select and steward the optimal marketing technology stack to enable precise attribution, comprehensive reporting, and actionable pipeline visibility, ensuring our data infrastructure scales with global growth objectives. - Marketing Business Review (MBR) Leadership: Lead recurring business reviews to advocate for necessary resources, celebrate key organizational wins, and highlight progress against KPIs, ensuring continuous transparency and alignment with executive stakeholders.
