Internally, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value and progress deals effectively. • You will stay close to market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases in order to anticipate customer needs and create demand.

Role Description The Key Account Director (KAD) position is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans within assigned Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), large health systems, and organized customers to support appropriate patient utilization aligned with patient need and access.
