About the rol e As Encamp's People Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our people programs- owning end-to-end execution of recruiting, onboarding, and HR workflows that directly impact every employee's experience. You'll partner closely with all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless experiences from first candidate contact throughout the employee lifecycle. What you'll do Recruiting & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding. You will be sourcing, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and owning the candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and guide candidates through the interview process Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and benefits administration Maintain accurate employee data, support audits, and ensure operational consistency Document and optimize People Ops processes, identify automation opportunities, and build reporting on key metrics Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines 1-2 years of experience supporting People Operations workflows such as onboarding, HRIS administration, or employee lifecycle coordination in a growing organization. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly evolving environment Familiarity with AI tooling for recruiting, HR operations, or process automation, and a curiosity for applying emerging technology to improve workflows Strong proficiency with Google Suite and comfort working across systems and spreadsheets Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Process-oriented mindset striving for proactive problem-solving Perks of being part of the Encampus...
