Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or digital support environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to grammar and clarity.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
