The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced, impact-driven Product Owner to help drive execution against Dynatron’s product vision. This role sits at the critical intersection of strategy and delivery, owning the day-to-day product backlog for a dedicated Scrum team while partnering closely with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into high-quality, customer-centric outcomes. As Product Owner, you’ll ensure that development work is tightly aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility. You’ll bring clarity to priorities, rigor to backlog refinement, and accountability to delivery, helping Dynatron consistently ship high-impact product capabilities across the full product lifecycle. What You’ll Do Product Backlog Ownership & Roadmap Execution Partner closely with Product Management to translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives into a well-defined, actionable backlog. Own backlog prioritization to ensure work is aligned to business goals, customer value, and strategic outcomes. Write clear, concise user stories with well-defined, testable acceptance criteria that meet the Definition of Ready. Continuously refine and groom the backlog to maintain clarity, focus, and delivery momentum. Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated Scrum team, actively participating in all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Set clear sprint goals and collaborate with engineering to balance scope, capacity, and delivery commitments. Partner with QA to ensure acceptance criteria are testable and that adequate regression coverage exists for core workflows. Make informed prioritization decisions to ensure engineering effort is focused on the highest-impact work. Work closely with Scrum Masters and Engineering to remove blockers, manage scope, and address production issues as they arise. Identify and manage dependencies across teams, collaborating with other Product Owners as priorities or constraints evolve. Stakeholder Communication & Alignment Provide clear, consistent updates on delivery progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at varying levels of detail. Proactively communicate trade-offs, delivery risks, and changes in priorities to maintain trust and alignment. Act as a reliable execution partner, consistently delivering on commitments while maintaining transparency when challenges arise. Job Requirements

  • Experience & Product Expertise
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products and/or within the automotive industry preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the software product development lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and backlog-driven delivery models.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable product backlog items.
  • Technical background or familiarity with modern software development and web technologies preferred.
