Role Description The Client Relationship Virtual Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients. This role focuses on maintaining excellent customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, checking in with clients regularly, and managing online reviews. - Respond to new client inquiries. - Follow up on prospective customers. - Conduct monthly client check-ins. - Manage Trustpilot reviews. - Manage Google Business Profile reviews. - Reply professionally to all customer reviews. - Maintain positive client relationships. - Record client interactions within CRM. - Attend video meetings with clients when required. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings. Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written English. - Strong customer service skills. - Friendly and personable. - Comfortable speaking with clients via video. - Organized and detail-oriented. - Experience managing customer relationships.
