Title: Product Designer Location: São Paulo Type: Full Time - remote Workplace: remote Category: Product Design Job Description: As a Product Designer at CloudWalk, you turn ambitious product and brand ideas into experiences people trust to manage their money and take action. You own the craft end to end: the flows, the screens, and the interaction details that decide whether a moment feels effortless or confusing. Design here is builder-led. You set UI direction, prototype rapidly, refine architecture, and hold a high bar on quality, reaching for modern tools and AI wherever they help you ship intuitive interfaces with clear navigation and polished interactions. You partner with your team to define the future of our financial products, working from first exploration to high-fidelity execution and even final product. You define what 'good' taste looks like and carry that vision all the way to production. What You'll Be Doing - Champion application craft: Guide the structure, behavior, and UX quality of every feature, partnering with engineers to bring exceptional, high-utility products to life. Maintain a high bar for visual execution within complex application environments. - Design refined application experiences: Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from concept through production. Use layout, interaction, and motion to make complex fintech concepts feel simple, intuitive, and visually compelling across mobile and web platforms. - Optimize for efficiency: Utilize modern development workflows and tooling as your starting point. Draft intent, explore implementations, scaffold components, and refactor with a focus on speed and technical excellence. - Bridge design and systems: Translate product requirements into intuitive, human-centered interfaces. Ensure every screen and interaction is clear, accessible, and optimized for an effortless workflow and operational efficiency. What You Need to Succeed - Portfolio: A body of work that demonstrates high visual and interaction craft specifically in live products or complex, interactive applications. - Strong product design craft: Proven experience taking projects from initial concept to live, high-performing application flows, with excellent visual taste and strong attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, interaction details, and polished execution. - Modern design process: Expertise in using a broad range of contemporary design and prototyping tools, with a clear philosophy on how to accelerate production and delivery without sacrificing craft or quality. - Systems mindset: Experience working with design tokens, or component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across product surfaces. - Collaboration: Clear communication and comfort pairing with fellow product designers and engineers to solve technical and usability challenges. Join us at CloudWalk, where we're not just engineering solutions; we're building a smarter, AI-driven future for payments — together. By applying for this position, your data will be processed as per CloudWalk's Privacy Policy that you can read here in Portuguese and here in English. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.

- Own the design vision for an area of Mojo, and be accountable for how it lands across the customer journey, internal tools, and data visualisation. - Balance AI automation with human expertise. You'll map out exactly where AI handles the heavy lifting (like data gathering, document reading, etc.) and where our human experts step in, making the customer journey faster while maximizing advisor judgment. - Build advisor tooling that actually gets used. You'll design the mid-call co-pilots, consoles, and dashboards that our teams rely on every day. Success here means stripping out admin effort and driving real adoption, not just adding more screens. - Reshape the end-to-end mortgage journey. From initial fact-finding to long-term retention, you’ll untangle workflows to clear out real operational bottlenecks and lift conversion, applying automation where it matters rather than in isolated steps. - Set the bar. What you ship becomes the reference for what good looks like here. - Drive AI strategically. This is both in how the team works (we build prototypes, live dashboards, and our design system with Claude Code) and what we put in front of customers and advisers. - Help shape and steward our design system as it grows.
