• Administer and maintain agreed CRM platforms — including Salesforce configuration, user permissions, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automations and dashboards — delivering documented platform updates, release notes and governance recommendations to the contracting party at agreed milestones. • Monitor and maintain data quality across agreed systems, investigating discrepancies, supporting new data source onboarding and delivering structured findings and remediation recommendations grounded in the Consultant's own professional judgement. • Build and deliver operational reports, dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks, providing data analysis and performance insights to the contracting party at agreed reporting intervals. • Identify and assess opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable automation and AI-assisted solutions, delivering documented findings, evaluation outputs and implementation recommendations as standalone advisory outputs to the contracting party. • Support cross-functional data and CRM requirements by translating agreed business needs into documented platform solutions and process improvement proposals, delivered to the contracting party at agreed milestones.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, Revenue Operations, Data Operations, or a related field

Our research addresses the following type of questions to deliver insightful business intelligence: - How much chocolate was sold in Cameroon in 2018? Why did sales increase/decline over the previous year? - What companies are the leading players in the pet care market? What share of sales is held by the leading brands? - Why is company X doing better than company Y? What strategy is being employed and how is this supported operationally? 70% of your time will be dedicated to conducting secondary research and updating the database for several industries including packaged foods and pet foods. The remaining will focus on primary research (interviews with industry opinion leaders). You will be working with very granular databases and while advanced data skills are not required, you must enjoy estimating data from quantitative and qualitative insights. On primary research, success relies on researchers’ proactivity to recruit and secure interviews with the right contacts, and their ability to uncover key data and insights via open discussions. Researchers are also responsible for building and maintaining a digital library of secondary research by accessing and analysing local/professional trade press, company annual reports, national statistics, broker reports, etc. Qualifications - High level of numeracy. Ability to work with, analyse, and interpret data. - Strong interest in market research and tenacity in the pursuit of information. - An innate curiosity to stay up to date with the evolution of the food and nutrition industry, more specifically on packaged and fresh food retail sales, food packaging and pet food. Food and nutrition experience is an advantage. - Familiar with consumer trends in Cameroon. YOUR ROLE The Data Analyst is a key early member of Stio’s Data & Analytics team, working alongside the Director of Data & Analytics to expand how the business uses data to make decisions. This is a full-stack, horizontal role: the work spans data infrastructure (ingestion, modeling, transformation) through analysis, BI development, and direct stakeholder partnership across Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Inventory Planning, and B2B. You’ll work where the highest-leverage problems are and grow the breadth and depth of the analytics function in the process. You’ll work in a stack built around Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Power BI, GitHub, and increasingly Python in addition to SQL and R. AI-assisted development is the default form factor for the team. Most of the code we ship is written collaboratively with AI agents in tools like Claude Code, then reviewed, tested, and iterated. The expectation is not that you arrive an expert in AI tooling. The expectation is that you bring strong fundamentals — the kind of data and modeling intuition that lets you catch silently wrong AI output that runs cleanly and passes tests — and that you’re genuinely curious about how this part of the craft is evolving. As an early team member, you’ll help shape how we work in this environment, not just execute someone else’s playbook. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role - Advanced SQL: CTEs, window functions, comfortable wrangling messy real-world data, can read and reason about query plans well enough to know when something is off - Hands-on experience with dbt, including writing models, tests, and documentation.
