Senior Rider Onboarding Associate – 6 Months FTC

• Join our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. • Help build, scale, and optimise our physical onboarding ecosystem, directly securing the rider fleet capacity needed to power our three-sided marketplace. • Optimise hub performance, evolve the format and structural workflow of our physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to maximise operational efficiency. • Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI, implementing standardised systems to maintain high-quality service for all applicants. • Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding, balancing expansion with strict time and cost efficiencies. • Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support localised operations within regional hubs. • Target and eliminate rider deficits in hard-to-source zones, collaborating with the Supply team to build accurate demand forecasting models. • Lead tactical supply planning and execution for peak trading seasons to stay ahead of consumer and partner growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven operational experience within technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience working as a Deliveroo Rider.
- A self-starter mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, navigate changing operational priorities, and use your own initiative.
- Strong empathetic listening and communication skills, with the capability to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups.
- A valid UKI driving licence and access to your own vehicle for locations underserved by public transport, along with the flexibility to travel early and late.
- Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce tooling.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic.
