Your Team and Role Working on the IT Ops Team, you’ll support over 300 team members with the necessary internal tools and systems that empower them to complete their projects with expertise, speed, and ease. You’ll work on projects to continuously review and improve service delivery standards and mechanisms for internal tools with the goal of consistently delivering excellent and trustworthy IT Services, and work on other related projects. Examples of recent projects include: Speeding up and simplifying the onboarding process for new team members Deploying Intune MDM for all corporate computers. Building Azure Active Directory Authenticated VMs for Windows App Testing As a Senior IT Ops Engineer you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our team members have what they need to raise the standard of trust online. About You Must have experience administering Microsoft Entra and Intune for medium-to-large (300+) organizations, ideally in a remote setting. Compensation $ 178,500 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization. Job Requirements
- Experience administering and supporting cloud and SaaS applications, including Office 365, connected via Entra SSO / IDP, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience administrating and managing medium-to-large Microsoft Entra tenants, preferably using Terraform or some other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technology.
- Ability to remote troubleshoot on macOS, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android, and Office365.
- Basic familiarity with Linux sysadmin utilities.
- Sound understanding of best practices for administrative access, including least privilege and other security measures.
- Excellent writing skills for admin-facing and user-facing documentation.
