What You'll Do As the Senior/Executive Director, Business Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Encaleret program. You will lead strategic planning efforts and provide critical insights that influence high-impact decisions. Your expertise will help guide commercial launch readiness, modeling & forecasting, preparation of corporate materials intended for presentation, corporate development, and strategic activities. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure strategic alignment. Your analytical skills and industry experience will directly contribute to the company's long-term success. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution - Shape and communicate the company's strategic direction through well-structured presentations that guide prioritization and resource allocation - Lead strategic analyses for program evaluation, including discounted cash flow modeling, and secondary research (e.g., analogs research, epidemiology, claims data analysis) - Prepare a strategy to guide the successful US commercialization of encaleret Stakeholder Communication - Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that effectively communicate strategic insights, corporate initiatives, and market analyses - Create high-quality visual materials for partnership dialogue, Board of Directors meetings, investor discussions & communications, and internal alignment efforts - Ensure presentations are tailored to the audience, synthesizing technical and business content into clear, concise, and actionable messaging - Present and discuss findings of strategic analyses to a variety of audiences, including the Calcilytix team, leadership, and investors - Support corporate development and partnering strategy to ensure that Encaleret can be accessed by eligible patients worldwide Operational Excellence - Oversee budget planning initiatives and ownership of long-term lifecycle planning Cross-functional Partnership - Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to ensure holistic strategy development - Collaborate with functional experts as a strategic partner to support the clinical and commercial success of Encaleret - Collaborate with the BridgeBio commercial team and oversee research in pricing and reimbursement - Lead or contribute to special initiatives involving product lifecycle planning, global expansion, or operational efficiency Where You'll Work This role requires in-office collaboration at least 3-4x per week in our San Francisco or Palo Alto Office. Who You Are - A higher degree or equivalent, such as an M.B.A., M.D., or Ph.D., is preferred - 2-5 years of professional experience in management consulting (life sciences preferred), post-Series A investing, investment banking, venture capital, equity research, and/or corporate role in a therapeutics company - Prior experience contributing to new product commercialization is a plus - Proven scientific acumen, communication skills, and an analytical mindset - A passion for helping patients - Proficiency in financial modeling, particularly DCF models - Tenure-appropriate understanding of the drug development life science and operating model.
