As the primary data stewards for the Investments Department, the IDS team supports enterprise data management, governance, and decision-making by connecting high-quality data with investment analysis. This role will lead business analysis, enterprise content management (ECM) initiatives, requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement efforts while helping implement technology-driven strategies that enhance document governance, operational efficiency, and business performance. Job Description The Business Systems Analyst will partner with investment stakeholders to evaluate and enhance enterprise content management processes, document governance, and data management practices across the organization. This position plays a critical role in gathering and documenting business requirements, improving workflows, developing testing strategies, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that improve data integrity, document accessibility, and operational performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized content management processes, develop technical documentation, and deliver solutions that support investment operations and strategic business objectives. Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering - Partner with investment stakeholders to evaluate existing enterprise content management practices and identify opportunities for improvement. - Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze business workflows, and document current and future-state business processes. - Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to enterprise content management, data handling, and system enhancements. - Identify process gaps, operational risks, compliance requirements, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Enterprise Content Management - Recommend standardized approaches for document intake, storage, retrieval, approval, version control, classification, and retention. - Design and implement governance frameworks supporting document organization, taxonomy, metadata, templates, workflows, security, and content accessibility. - Support enterprise-wide document governance initiatives and content lifecycle management. Technical Documentation & Data Management - Develop a comprehensive understanding of investment systems, document repositories, data architecture, system integrations, and data flows. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including business requirements, process maps, operational procedures, document strategies, and data flow documentation. - Support data analysis, reporting, and document-driven insights that improve business decision-making. Testing & Process Improvement - Develop and execute testing strategies to validate system enhancements, workflow improvements, and business process changes. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology-driven solutions. - Participate in strategic initiatives and special projects supporting the Investment Decision Support team. Training & Collaboration - Develop user guides, job aids, and training materials for new systems and business processes. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders. Requirements Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. - 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, document/data lifecycle management, and process improvement. - 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise content management strategies and enterprise data practices within a government, investment, or financial services environment. - Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Proven experience producing clear and structured technical documentation, including requirements, process maps, and data/document flows. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to work independently while proactively identifying and resolving business and process improvement opportunities. - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. - Must physically reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment. - Must be able to work onsite as required. - Web Cam interview is required. Role Description The Risk Management Liability Analyst serves as a key connection between Windstream employees, customers, and our Third-Party Claims Administrator (TPA). In this role, the analyst manages Third-Party Auto and General Liability claims involving physical damage and bodily injury, helping ensure each claim is handled thoroughly and efficiently. Role Description As a Senior Mortgage Broker Support / Credit Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical credit analysis and end-to-end file management, taking complete ownership of applications from initial assessment through to submission and settlement support.
