Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Report Writer to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, remote, and is a contract position. This is a remote position with the ability to work East Coast hours. Role Description The Service Desk Analyst II provides technical telephone support to providers and family members regarding the portal and CYBER application. The Service Desk Analyst, acting as a second tier level of support, is responsible for: - Receiving calls and processing emails related to the MIS system. - Logging incoming calls and emails into the Track-It! system. - Documenting, in detail, all service requests from MIS users including: - Call description - Course of action taken to investigate the problem - Final problem resolution - Performing functions typically during normal business hours, but will require “off-hours” support.
