• Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations. • Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement. • Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures. • Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs. • Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks. • Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and scale text-to-graphics generation pipelines capable of supporting millions of users. • Create intelligent layout algorithms for idea maps, data visualizations, and flow-based diagrams. • Build and maintain dynamic template systems for SVG generation, manipulation, and rendering. • Architect high-performance rendering pipelines optimized for concurrent graphics generation at scale. • Translate subjective visual quality requirements into measurable performance and usability metrics. • Implement performance optimizations such as caching strategies, lazy rendering, and latency reduction techniques. • Collaborate with product and design teams to convert user needs into scalable visualization capabilities. • Develop reusable component libraries and design tokens to ensure consistency across visual outputs. • Work across vector and raster graphics formats, selecting optimal rendering strategies for various use cases. • Integrate AI/ML models to enhance layout intelligence, design automation, and graphics generation workflows.

• Primary - Set up and manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces with customisation and automation. • Manage external user access ensuring least privileged principle. • Basic troubleshooting to handle access issues for Jira and Confluence. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. • Enable, configure, and optimise Atlassian Rovo across Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian Cloud products, ensuring effective enterprise‑wide adoption. • Suggest automation capabilities to the existing product SME. • Integrate Atlassian products with other systems such as source control, Aha, Sentry.io, etc. • Drive product adoption and onboard new business units on Atlassian platform. • Evaluate new business requirements and convert them into technical requirements for delivery. • Upskill members of the Service Desk on the Atlassian platform. • Manage complex, mid to large-sized project implementations.
