• Own and evolve the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for an early-stage AI-driven security and risk product • Work closely with pilot customers, conduct discovery interviews, and turn customer feedback into clear product decisions • Collect, structure, and formalise Voice of the Customer insights from pilots, customer calls, and market research • Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into product requirements and delivery priorities • Partner closely with engineering and ML to drive MVP delivery and product iteration • Help shape the product strategy, including product goals, success metrics, and commercial impact indicators • Lead and coordinate UX/UI definition and prototyping for early product workflows together with design and engineering • Support go-to-market efforts, including value proposition development, demo scenarios, product decks, and sales enablement materials • Work closely with Sales during qualification, discovery, pilots / POCs, and early commercial conversations • Use modern AI tools in day-to-day product work to accelerate prototyping, exploration, and workflow design

• Support Account Executives and Customer Success Managers by providing technical expertise, demos, and product presentations • Conduct Investigative PoC’s as well as trial onboardings, ensuring technical validation and successful adoption • Act as a trusted advisor for customers on investigative workflows, integration, and best practices • Partner with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to improve our product and accelerate our sales as well as customer success • Be a key contributor in the elaboration and implementation of Regional Growth Plans and targeted Account Mapping

• Drive new business and account growth across the US and Canada • Build and manage your own pipeline from the ground up, based on our ICP • Develop a balanced portfolio of short-term opportunities and longer sales cycles • Own commercial conversations with prospective customers and existing accounts in the region • Work with regional partners, including resellers, MSSPs, and system integrators, to create new business opportunities • Contribute to regional go-to-market execution and help expand our presence in North America • Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to support account development and long-term customer value • Track customer expectations, market signals, and commercial opportunities, and share feedback with the product team • Participate mainly in online meetings, with occasional conferences or roadshows

• Support VP of Sales by providing technical expertise during prospect meetings, demos, and presentations • Conduct Investigative PoC’s as well as trial onboardings, ensuring technical validation and successful adoption • Act as a trusted advisor for customers on investigative workflows, integration, and best practices • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve customer success

• Build and maintain AI evaluation framework • Test RAG pipeline quality and retrieval relevance • Design testing approaches for non-deterministic LLM outputs • Build multi-tenant isolation test suite, including AI layer isolation • Write cross-service integration and contract tests • Test Temporal workflows, event-driven flows, and YAML DSL validation • Build and maintain automated regression suites

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure in GCP (VPC, GKE Autopilot/Standard, Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Memorystore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, Artifact Registry, Cloud NAT, Cloud Armor, etc.) • Manage hybrid environments (remaining on-prem + GCP) • Deploy and operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters (GKE + on-prem k8s) • Manage all infrastructure as code using Terraform (mandatory) + Helm + Kustomize • Configuration management with Ansible (existing playbooks) while evolving to more modern practices • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for databases and queues (Cloud SQL, AlloyDB, Memorystore Redis, managed Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch on GKE) • Build a modern observability stack: Prometheus + Grafana + Loki/Tempo + OpenTelemetry , integrated with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build) • Participate in security & compliance processes (IAM, KMS, Secret Manager, VPC Service Controls, Security Command Center, hardening) • Join the on-call rotation (we are building an SRE culture) • Mentor mid/junior engineers and participate in architecture reviews

• Work as an Account Executive in the EU market, identifying and winning new customers, as well as growing existing ones • Build a balanced pipeline on your own from Day 1, based on our ICP and with a balanced portfolio of quick wins and long-term projects • Achieve your Quarterly Quota • Establish value-added partnerships with local resellers, system integrators and MSSPs • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success and other Key Teams • Identify market trends, as well as customer requirements and expectations and communicate opportunities with the product team

• Design and implement high-throughput REST APIs using Gin • Build Temporal workflows and activities for complex, multi-step data pipelines • Implement event-driven architecture with Redis (local) / Apache Pulsar (production) • Create robust validation logic for YAML DSL against ontology schemas • Integrate with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Delta Lake data stores
