Project QHSE Engineer – Offshore

• Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations. • Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement. • Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures. • Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs. • Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks. • Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.
Earthworks Site Manager, Earthworks Project Engineer

• Assess technical feasibility and optimize work methods. • Translate the design into an executable on-site approach. • Develop and monitor execution plans from procurement to handover. • Ensure efficient, safe execution within budget, quality and schedule. • Lead the site and steer the construction project effectively. • Manage site budget and procurements (in consultation with the purchasing department). • Conduct negotiations with the client and subcontractors.
• You organize the planning of the works. • You will be focusing on the optimization and execution of the project. • You'll take care of the client’s needs (internal and external). • You contribute to efficient realization of the project activities. • You manage QHSE-S standards and keep the project within time and budget. • You work closely together with Superintendents and Project Engineers on site and you coordinate the operational staff.
Project Engineer – Infrastructure

• You are part of an on-shore project team. • This could be at our headquarters in Belgium as well as on project locations across the world. • You take part in the preparation and submission of tenders for new Infra Marine projects and/or you work with the project team to prepare the operational execution of the works. • You follow up the project on a daily base and report to the project manager. • You will work during the week, weekends you will be off.
• Plan and coordinate projects • Ensure smooth project execution through close coordination with internal teams and external partners • Collaborate with internal experts, architects, engineers and consultants to ensure technical consistency • Manage contracts, related documentation and any amendments • Lead discussions with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on commercial aspects, scope and project performance • Establish, monitor and control budgets and financial forecasts • Identify and analyze project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures • Lead, motivate and coordinate the project team
