• Primary - Set up and manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces with customisation and automation. • Manage external user access ensuring least privileged principle. • Basic troubleshooting to handle access issues for Jira and Confluence. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures. • Enable, configure, and optimise Atlassian Rovo across Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian Cloud products, ensuring effective enterprise‑wide adoption. • Suggest automation capabilities to the existing product SME. • Integrate Atlassian products with other systems such as source control, Aha, Sentry.io, etc. • Drive product adoption and onboard new business units on Atlassian platform. • Evaluate new business requirements and convert them into technical requirements for delivery. • Upskill members of the Service Desk on the Atlassian platform. • Manage complex, mid to large-sized project implementations.

• Support VP of Sales by providing technical expertise during prospect meetings, demos, and presentations • Conduct Investigative PoC’s as well as trial onboardings, ensuring technical validation and successful adoption • Act as a trusted advisor for customers on investigative workflows, integration, and best practices • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to refine messaging and improve customer success

• Design, implement, and maintain cryptographic solutions, including integration and customization of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) to provide secure cryptographic services. • Design, implement, and maintain secure processes for generation and management of cryptographic assets (e.g., cryptographic keys) within a controlled environment. • Collaborate with Product Owners and security experts to implement secure cryptographic workflows and tooling. • Provide cryptography guidance and consultancy to engineering teams, promoting the correct use of cryptographic primitives and best practices. • Support internal and external stakeholders by troubleshooting cryptographic implementations, managing technical issues, and clearly communicating complex concepts.

• Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices • Plans, designs, engineers and constructs network system • Directs projects assigned by management by planning plans of action, resource allocation and monitoring progress • Provides ongoing technical and operational assistance for all network systems serviced by the Netsys Team • Mentors Junior engineers and direct Operations team on builds • Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.
