Operating entirely from your home office, you will serve as a dedicated coordinator—bridging the gap for travelers and property hosts as they navigate platform inquiries, bookings, and logistical details. Daily Responsibilities - Booking Coordination: Guiding German-speaking users through the reservation life cycle, including handling new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and unique accommodation requests. - Billing & Policy Support: Addressing payment inquiries, managing refund requests, and clarifying platform regulations with a clear, empathetic, and patient approach. - Partner Relations: Assisting property hosts with backend software troubleshooting, rate adjustments, and real-time room availability updates. - User Interface Guidance: Helping customers seamlessly navigate digital dashboards, website functionalities, and mobile application features. - Data Administration: Logging detailed and precise records of customer interaction histories within our internal CRM system. Qualifications - High-level written and spoken fluency in German. - Strong command of English (B2 level minimum). - Possession of a valid EU passport or an active, unrestricted legal right to work in Greece. - Ability to comfortably multitask across various browser tabs and absorb new software systems quickly. - A naturally helpful disposition and exceptional active listening skills. - Background in hospitality, contact centers, front desk services, or tourism is an asset but not mandatory.
