Role Description We are looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Support Analyst to be an integral part of our Services Intelligence teams, combining both cutting-edge technology and advanced threat intelligence analysis methodologies to deliver high-impact briefings to ERM customers. Remote position. - Monitoring customer environments on ERM intelligence platform and producing actionable intelligence alerts and reports. - Investigating urgent issues affecting customers such as cyber attacks and incidents, including threat actors, attack tools, and techniques. - Resolving Tier 1 technical issues customers may experience on ERM intelligence platform. - Answering customer follow-up requests regarding intelligence alerts received. - Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues on complex systems with a wide range of strategies and tools. Qualifications - Availability to work in 24/7 shifts - 365 days. - Fluent English. - Background in WEBINT, OSINT, and HUMINT gathering, source verification, data fusion, and intelligence analysis. - Experience using SaaS platforms. - A team player who is eager to learn new methods and develop themselves and their team. Role Description Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company: - Prepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A. - Assist in preparation of earnings release, investor presentations and other external reporting deliverables. - Conduct research related to U.S. GAAP accounting standards and SEC guidance to determine the appropriate accounting and financial reporting treatment. - Assist with drafting technical accounting memos and policies documenting accounting research and conclusions. - Monitor and support implementation of new accounting and SEC pronouncements. - Benchmark peer company filings and industry reports to assess trends in financial statement disclosures. - Maintain accounting policies and process documentation to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over external financial reporting. - Support annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors. - Assist with process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or a related field. - Active CPA required. - Big-4 experience required. - 4+ years of relevant experience, with Big 4 public accounting and/or public-company SEC reporting preferred. - Strong working knowledge of the U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. - Hands-on experience with a financial reporting/filing platform (Workiva preferred) and familiarity with XBRL tagging is preferred. - Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred). - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. - Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced financial close environment.
