Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in life science consulting, advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferred. - Proven track record of managing collaborative teams or projects within dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Strong understanding of relationship management principles, with a focus on fostering genuine connections within the life sciences ecosystem. - Experience applying project management methodologies to oversee workstreams and complex initiatives. - Familiarity with Vynamic’s sectors, services, and unique value proposition (preferred but not required). - Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal channels to diverse audiences, including scientific and executive stakeholders. - Growth-oriented mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for learning and personal development.
