Role Description We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to expand the reach and depth of our ambient operating system and build new AI-powered functionality that unlocks more provider workflows. You’ll help shape what the future of AI-enabled clinical work looks like—driving strategy, leading execution, and engaging deeply with enterprise customers and EHR partners. This role is US-remote or hybrid from San Francisco. What You’ll Do - Collaborate cross-functionally with dedicated, high-performing Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams to build products that meaningfully improve the lives of clinicians and the healthcare ecosystem. - Own outcomes end-to-end—defining product strategy, setting goals, moving key metrics, and delivering real business and user impact using every tool in your PM toolkit. - Work closely with complex enterprise customer organizations and EHR partners to co-develop solutions that fit into real-world workflows. - Leverage cutting-edge AI practices and rapidly evolving technologies to build reliable, best-in-class AI agents, and serve as a thought leader on how DeepScribe uses AI in both product and internal processes. - Shape team culture and execution, building a high-trust, high-ownership squad that learns quickly, communicates openly, and ships with excellence. Qualifications - 3+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping AI-powered products in healthcare. - Track record of delivering outcomes: You’ve consistently delivered measurable business and user results—improving engagement, adoption, and revenue through strong product thinking and crisp execution. - Driven: Motivated to build a successful, scalable business that helps doctors spend more time helping patients. - Exceptional Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication, effective storytelling, and a professional representative for DeepScribe in front of customers and partners. - Strategic & action-oriented decision maker: You form data-backed opinions, actively seek disconfirming evidence, and drive clarity and momentum in ambiguous spaces. - Technical acumen: Comfortable reading AI/ML research, designing agentic system architectures, evaluating model performance, and working closely with engineering and ML teams. - Craft: You take pride in what you ship—upholding high standards for user experience, design, robustness, and engineering quality. Benefits - $115,000 to $220,000 annual salary. You will build the backbone of AI-powered workflows that saves doctors hours of documentation time, enabling them to focus on patient care. You’ll write code across the stack to get the job done. - Contribute to the design and implementation of our real-time LLM-powered platform, delivering core features that will shape the future of our product. - Build and enhance key pieces of the user journey such as onboarding, note customization, and in-the-moment insights. - Collaborate across functions (product, design, clinical subject matter experts, sales/go-to-market, etc) to ensure we’re building and launching best-in-class products. - Learn and grow alongside experienced engineers while implementing best practices for building robust, scalable code for AI-first applications. Role Description We are looking for an AI Engineer to build and ship LLM-powered healthcare applications. You’ll have ownership over new AI workflows, from prototype to production. Expect to ship fast, talk directly to customers, and build systems that genuinely reduce clinician burnout. This is a deeply technical role that blends ML, product thinking, and engineering. You'll build and own production services that rely on LLMs, speech models, and medical reasoning. - Develop and own end-to-end AI applications, such as clinical trial matching, ambient copilots, billing automation, and more. - Improve our LLM-powered documentation platform, used daily by thousands of clinicians. - Build and optimize inference pipelines and real-time speech recognition systems. - Collaborate closely with PMs, designers, clinical experts, and GTM teams to iterate rapidly and launch high-impact features. Qualifications - 3+ years building production AI systems, ideally in fast-moving environments or as a founder. - Extensive experience with LLM inference (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.). - Strong product sense. - Comfortable working across the stack (frontend, backend, etc.) to get features shipped. - Obsessed with speed, ownership, and getting real user feedback. Requirements This is a remote position, although Bay Area residents are encouraged to work from our SF office. Nice to Haves - Experience with ASR systems (e.g. Whisper). - Experience with EHR integrations (FHIR, HL7) or healthcare-specific ontologies. - Familiarity with SOC-2, HIPAA, or sensitive data pipelines.
