Role Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong cross-functional expertise across Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Quality Management (QM) modules. This role is primarily focused on coordinating and executing testing activities during system migrations, while also providing functional support to resolve issues across all three modules as they arise. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role that sits at the intersection of functional knowledge, testing discipline, and day-to-day operational support. • Atuar como consultor(a) funcional SAP HCM, com foco no módulo PY (Folha de Pagamento), em projetos de implementação, evolução e sustentação. • Realizar levantamento de requisitos junto às áreas de RH, DP e Folha, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em parametrizações no sistema. • Parametrizar tabelas, wage types (tipos de rubrica), tabelas de infotipos e demais configurações do módulo PY. • Construir, ajustar e manter regras de cálculo (Schemas e PCRs — Payroll Calculation Rules) para atender às necessidades de cálculo da folha. • Assegurar a conformidade legal da folha de pagamento com a legislação trabalhista (CLT), convenções coletivas e obrigações acessórias. • Garantir aderência e atualização contínua das rotinas de folha às exigências do eSocial, incluindo geração e validação de eventos periódicos e não periódicos. • Executar e validar os ciclos de folha: simulação, apuração, cálculo, fechamento e geração de relatórios (holerites, provisões, encargos). • Realizar testes funcionais e apoiar testes integrados antes de cada fechamento de folha ou virada de legislação. • Atuar na resolução de incidentes e chamados relacionados à folha, com análise de causa raiz e proposição de correções. • Documentar processos, parametrizações e regras de cálculo implementadas. • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à folha de pagamento e ao eSocial. • Realizar transferência de conhecimento para times internos e usuários-chave. • Manter-se atualizado sobre mudanças na legislação trabalhista, tributária e previdenciária que impactem a folha de pagamento.
