Publication Lead – Scientific Communications

DAWAR CONSULTING INC

• Lead end-to-end publication planning and execution. • Manage manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and conference presentations. • Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, authors, and investigators. • Oversee medical writing vendors and ensure high-quality deliverables. • Track publication timelines and manage multiple concurrent projects. • Ensure compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and internal publication policies. • Support scientific congress submissions and journal publications.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in Life Sciences.
  • 5–7+ years of medical publications experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ICMJE and Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading publication plans and managing scientific communication deliverables.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cell Therapy experience is preferred.
