Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Senior D365 CRM Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure integration, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions that align with strategic business goals. - Serve as the lead architect for D365 CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations. - Design scalable, secure, and performance-optimized D365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules. - Translate complex business requirements into robust architectural designs and solution blueprints. - Oversee solution configuration, customizations (including plugins, workflows, Power Automate), and data migrations. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams including developers, consultants, and testers. - Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors. - Drive governance around D365 customizations and Power Platform components. - Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise architecture standards. - Lead performance tuning, code reviews, and quality assurance efforts. - Stay current on D365 roadmap and recommend new capabilities where appropriate. - Working with leadership to budget a project. - Pre-sales experience (ideally if we can find someone with some that would be ideal, but willing to upskill and train if have the acumen). Qualifications - 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, including multiple full-cycle implementations. - Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). - Expertise in data modeling, integrations (Azure Logic Apps, APIs), and security models in D365. - Hands-on experience with Dynamics SDK, JavaScript, C#, and custom plugin development. - Experience with CI/CD for D365 using Azure DevOps. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Requirements - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent certifications. - Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations). - Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Omnichannel, or Voice of the Customer. - Background in industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector is a plus. Qualifications - Minimum 8 years relevant experience required, including at least 4 years in a consulting firm environment. - 6-12 years of progressive, relevant professional experience working in public programming advocacy and/or strategic communications. - MPH or MPA, or similar relevant graduate degree. - Minimum of 4 years people management experience, with a minimum of 3 years project management/leadership experience. - Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
