FIXED TERM CONTRACT You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP manufacturing solutions and integrated systems, covering the full scope of manufacturing processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration experts to ensure robust and scalable solutions. How you will contribute What you will do: - Support SAP Manufacturing process design and improvements across relevant modules (e.g., PP, QM, MES/MFE, PM) - Support data preparation, transformation, and migration activities for SAP deployments - Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications - Coordinate solution design within SAP and related systems - Collaborate with integration teams to ensure proper system connectivity and data flows - Support integration activities using SAP PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite - Participate in regional and global SAP deployments and enhancements - Work closely with Manufacturing stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational needs - Ensure documentation, compliance, and system consistency across sites - Provide functional expertise during testing, go-live, and hyper-care phases - Prepare materials and updates for stakeholder meetings and governance forums What you will bring - A strong technical foundation combined with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders in a matrix organization. You will bring experience and knowledge in: - Strong background in SAP Manufacturing processes and end-to-end flows across relevant modules (e.g., PP, QM, MES/MFE, PM) - Understanding of SAP integration concepts (PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite) - Experience working in SAP implementation or enhancement projects - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to coordinate across multiple functional and technical teams - Structured and analytical way of working - Effective at influencing and driving outcomes without direct authority over resources - Fluent English (spoken and written) - Willingness to travel as required More about this role FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and audit/compliance exposure is considered an advantage. - Individual contributor role with regional scope - Strong technical and functional focus - High interaction with business stakeholders and integration teams - Opportunity to grow within EU Manufacturing IT landscape What extra ingredients you will bring: - Proactive mindset and ownership attitude - Willingness to learn - Ability to self-check SAP processes and solutions - Ability to manage complexity in a changing environment Education / Certifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or related field - SAP-related certifications are a plus Travel requirements: Yes, depending on project needs Relocation Support Available?
