The opportunity: Senior Account Manager We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to handle the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to the signing of the contract. This position is ideal for someone who understands how dental practices operate, knows how to create demand through a solid outbound approach, and is comfortable selling directly to practice owners, office managers, DSOs, and specialty clinics. This is a great opportunity to join a growing sales team, sell a solution that already has strong market traction, and contribute to Marea's expansion across North America. Location: Montreal (Hybrid) The compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. What you will be responsible for Complete sales cycle management - Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing. - Present clear demonstrations tailored to the workflows and challenges specific to each firm. - Conducting conversations with practice owners, office managers, DSOs and specialty clinics. Pipeline development and outbound prospecting - Develop your own pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and demand creation. - Working closely with BDRs to maximize qualified encounters and improve targeting. - Succeeding in getting past the gatekeepers and creating opportunities with decision-makers who are not necessarily already actively seeking a solution. Revenue growth and market knowledge - Regularly meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Maintaining a healthy pipeline, with accurate sales forecasts and good CRM management. - Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information with the product and marketing teams. What we are looking for - 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales, ideally in a full B2B sales role. - Sales experience in the dental industry, including dental offices, DSOs, dental software, dental devices or related services. - Extensive experience in outbound prospecting, with a proven ability to generate demand and build a pipeline. - A proactive sales approach focused on developing new opportunities, with the ability to create demand, build a pipeline through outbound prospecting and effectively reach decision-makers. - Strong discovery and demonstration skills, with the ability to sell business value rather than just features. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build a relationship of trust with dental practice owners and business decision-makers. - Good understanding of how dental practices operate, particularly from an operational and commercial perspective. Strengths - Familiarity with practice management systems such as Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar platforms. Role Description We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive (Tamil-speaking) to support Lokal App’s growth by engaging potential users through outbound calls and converting leads into customers.
