Location & Travel Requirements: This is a hybrid role based in the South Florida region, with preference for those in Broward County, Miami Dade or Palm Beach County. Occasional travel to supported practices may be required. About the Role: Vitana is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to support revenue cycle performance across our pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. This role focuses on monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and helping drive improvements in collections and reimbursement outcomes. The Revenue Cycle Analyst will work closely with operations leadership and practice-level billing teams to identify areas of opportunity, support reimbursement performance, and support the development and consistency of workflows and processes. Responsibilities: - Monitor insurance AR, aging reports, and collections performance across practices - Analyze AR and denial trends and highlight areas requiring follow-up by practice-level teams - Proactively identify trends and bring forward actionable insights to support revenue cycle improvements - Prepare and share reporting for leadership on collections performance and revenue cycle trends - Identify workflow gaps and surface improvement opportunities to leadership - Support the implementation of consistent workflows and processes - Support continuous improvement efforts by reinforcing best practices across practices - Track credentialing and recredentialing timelines and follow up as needed Required Skills & Traits: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to analyze reports and identify trends - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks - Ability to collaborate with billing teams, practice leadership, and operations staff - Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn Experience & Education: - 2-4 years of experience in dental or healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or AR - Experience with Dentrix and Eaglesoft is preferred - Experience analyzing insurance AR performance, reimbursement trends, and collections metrics - Familiarity with insurance AR, denials, and collections processes - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting Benefits: - Competitive base compensation - Performance-based bonus compensation - Medical - Hybrid work model - Paid time off - Opportunity for career growth - Laptop / Cellphone - 401K Match $75,000 - $85,000 a month We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
