Revenue Contract Analyst
OnTrac
Role Description The Revenue Contract Analyst is responsible for maintaining OnTrac’s contract database, validating contract information for accuracy and compliance, and analyzing contract and pricing data to support business decision-making. This role serves as a key link between Legal, Sales, Pricing, Procurement, and Operations, ensuring contract terms are accurately captured, monitored, and reported throughout the contract lifecycle. - Review executed agreements, identify inconsistencies or compliance concerns. - Support reporting and database integrity. - Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and AI-powered data extraction platforms to improve accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across contract processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 2–5 years of experience in a related field. - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. - Experience reviewing, validating, or maintaining contract, pricing, revenue, or related business data. - Experience with AI-assisted document processing tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms preferred. Requirements - Validate contract accuracy by reviewing executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. - Maintain contract records by extracting and documenting key terms, pricing structures, renewal provisions, amendments, extensions, terminations, and service commitments throughout the contract lifecycle. - Administer contract data by maintaining and updating the contract database and reporting systems. - Support data quality and governance through routine audits, quality control reviews, and historical data maintenance. - Analyze and report insights using Excel and SQL; create reports, dashboards, and tools that identify trends, discrepancies, business opportunities, and performance metrics. - Improve workflows and technology use by using AI-powered tools to extract and structure contract data. - Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Pricing, and Operations to support accurate contract administration.
