Role Description This role is strictly involved in business analysis, requirements documentation, and healthcare reference data support activities and does not involve direct access to Protected Health Information (PHI), Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or any secured or confidential client data. The work is limited to analysis of healthcare claims, reference code sets, and system configurations using governed datasets and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health or personal information. - Assists the project team with gathering requirements from a business perspective. - Assists in designing and implementing new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the processing and flow of information within the company. - Assists in creating or updating data/process models in relation to requests from client organizations (both internal and external). Qualifications - Currently working toward an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or global equivalent). - Zero or more years of business-related work experience. Requirements - Basic interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. - Basic communication skills. - Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a team environment. Including, but not limited to, splice diagrams, patch panels, and test results. • Interface with customers and carriers in support of service delivery and assurance. • Work independently for extended periods of time. • Respond to Customer Troubles on 24-hour basis. • Work closely with the NOC, Sales, Engineering, and customers.
