Role Description The Sr. Manager, Measurement supports the broader analytics and measurement function by coordinating day-to-day measurement requests, partnering with external measurement companies, and ensuring smooth workflow across internal teams. This role sits across brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution workstreams and is focused on coordination, organization, and execution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience from a measurement vendor and is comfortable managing multiple incoming requests across measurement types in a fast-paced environment. - Manage daily incoming measurement requests across brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution studies, ensuring timely routing and follow-through. - Coordinate with measurement vendors on feasibility, study design requirements, timelines, and deliverables specific to each measurement type. - Serve as liaison between measurement vendors and internal team members. - Support workload management across the measurement and analytics teams. - Track study status across concurrent brand health/lift, sales lift, foot traffic, and website conversion/attribution engagements, flagging risks to timelines or deliverables. - Maintain clear documentation, tracking, and communication of measurement activities across all workstreams. - Collaborate with Analytics team to prepare materials, summaries, and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel, tailored to the nuances of each measurement type (e.g., brand health survey results, geo/store-level foot traffic results, pixel-based conversion attribution). - Contribute to process improvements that streamline measurement operations across vendors and study types. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience at a measurement vendor, ideally spanning brand health/lift, sales measurement, foot traffic/location-based measurement, or website conversion lift/pixel-based attribution. - Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent studies across different methodologies. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines. - Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. - Experience supporting measurement workflows in a media, analytics, or advertising environment. Requirements - The annual salary range for this position is $99,500 - $115,000 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
