Your Role as a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter: In this role, you’ll own key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to meet hiring goals. Required Qualifications: - Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Technical or government contracting sectors. - Technology Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems, Boolean searches, and sourcing tools. - Clearance Knowledge: Familiarity with security clearance processes (Secret to TS/SCI Poly). - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Drive for Results: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting goals and metrics. - Collaboration: A team player who can partner effectively with clients and colleagues. - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote Senior Acquisition/Financial Management Product Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for all external DoD activities for NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) Common Spend Plan Management (CSPT) tool implementation and training. The position may require minimal travel for both classroom and one-on-one higher-level training events.
