Talent Acquisition Partner
Empath Health
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. • Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals through creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and community outreach. • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives throughout Florida. • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive a consistent and efficient hiring process. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative with a virtual team.
- Must reside in Florida and be able to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
