• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments • Design and implement a comprehensive ERM framework • Analyze incident and risk data to identify trends • Partner with executive leadership, legal, finance, and clinical teams • Develop and deliver clear, actionable risk reporting for senior leaders

• Process purchase orders/online orders for internal stakeholders • Verify information accuracy and confirm orders and deliveries • Communicate with internal stakeholders’ order status and delivery dates • Contact suppliers to update orders • Resolve shipping errors and address shortages • Acquire vendor information and submit to Accounts Payable for entry into Workday for new suppliers or existing suppliers • Partner with finance for accounts payable to resolve pricing discrepancies, and reconciling invoices • Ensure all purchases adhere to company policies, budgetary limits and preferred supply lists

• Provide tiered after-hours phone support • Clinical guidance and direction to clients and community partners • Support systemic coordination of information after hours • Enhance care provision through monitoring workflow and assisting direct care staff • Perform telehealth visits for immediate virtual nursing assistance • Promote continuity of care through real time documentation • Collaborate and communicate effectively

Role Description Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Quality Improvement Specialist PRN. This PRN Nurse must reside in close proximity to Sarasota, FL (2 hours) - remote. - Schedule: PRN; must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week (business hours). - Location: remote - required to reside within 2 hours of Sarasota, FL. Qualifications - Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with a minimum of an associate degree in a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2–3+ years of home health experience (required). - OASIS knowledge required (certification not required). - Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements. - CPHQ preferred or equivalent. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
