• Responsible for underwriting complex affordable housing construction and permanent loan originations, including those related to LIHTC and other CRA qualified public-private partnerships. • Develop and analyze affordable housing credits providing strong, thorough recommendations. • Prepare credit opportunities, working closely with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration to close transactions. • Monitor borrower financial information, project performance, covenant compliance, maturities, and delinquencies. • Provide accurate assessments of ongoing financial stability. • Manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.

As a BI Data Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in turning data into meaningful insights that help drive smart, confident business decisions. Role Description As a Home Loan Center Inside Loan Officer you will originate real estate loans for branch customers in areas not currently covered by Loan Officers. In this role you'll have the opportunity to: - Originate standard residential type mortgage loans via telephone and internet with customers referred by identified branches of the Bank. - Originate residential mortgage loans for employees of the Bank. - Originate loans in compliance with the Bank’s underwriting guidelines and those published by the Bank's investors. - Ensure strict compliance with regulator requirements for residential loan origination. - Set up originated loans in the Bank's system and ensure processing through submission for underwriting. - Attend internal training sessions, internal sales meetings, and external training opportunities. - Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
