Role Description The Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Hospital/RevTech team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience. Key Responsibilities - Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums. - Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants. - Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards. - Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates. - Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks. - Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire. - Ensure compliance with all employment laws. - Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards. - All other tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications - Excellent communication skills (orally and written). - Personable and professional. - Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature. - Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to retain information and can work independently as well as in a team-setting. - Proficient in Microsoft Suite. - Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions. - Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving. - High school diploma or equivalent.
