Role Description The Fertility Partners (TFP) is seeking a Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support recruitment across a range of clinical positions and may be performed remotely. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, and support timely and effective hiring outcomes. Experience recruiting within healthcare or other regulated environments with a customer-centric approach is considered an asset; however, candidates with strong recruitment experience in other industries are encouraged to apply as well. - Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs. - Post job advertisements and proactively source candidates using multiple channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process. - Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking metrics. - Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and applicable employment standards. - Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support ongoing hiring needs. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment practices. - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of applicable provincial legislation. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail. - Ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing tools. - Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and responsive. Requirements - Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 4–5 years of progressive experience in a recruiter or talent acquisition role, managing full-cycle recruitment. - Experience recruiting in healthcare, clinical, or regulated environments is an asset.

Role Description The Clinical Enablement Manager is responsible for implementing and sustaining workflows, processes, and operational initiatives across clinics within The Fertility Partners network. This role translates operating model design into execution, working closely with clinic teams, Regional Leaders, Product, Technology, and Digital Adoption to ensure initiatives are deployed effectively, integrated into workflows, and sustained over time. The Clinic Enablement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that solutions not only launch successfully but deliver measurable, lasting impact in clinic operations. - Acts as the primary point of coordination with clinics for operational initiatives, ensuring a single, aligned approach to communication and execution. Key Responsibilities - Implementation & Deployment - Lead implementation of workflows, processes, and initiatives developed through cross-functional collaboration. - Partner with clinic leadership to integrate changes into day-to-day operations. - Support execution of enterprise initiatives at the clinic level. - Workflow Integration & Change Management - Ensure new tools and processes are embedded into clinic workflows effectively. - Translate system functionality into practical, clinic-ready workflows. - Partner with Regional Leaders to reinforce accountability and adherence. - Adoption & Sustainment - Drive adoption of workflows and processes across clinics. - Partner with Digital Adoption to align system usage (training, features) with operational execution. - Identify and address barriers to sustained adoption. - Clinic Partnership & On-the-Ground Support - Act as a primary partner to clinic teams during implementation and change. - Provide on-site support during key initiatives, go-lives, and transitions. - Gather feedback and escalate insights to Clinical Operations & Enablement. - Cross-Functional Coordination - Partner with Digital Adoption on system rollout and training alignment. - Coordinate with Product and Technology to ensure alignment between tools and workflows. - Support readiness for procurement, build, or system-related changes. - Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement - Monitor impact of initiatives at the clinic level. - Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. - Support refinement of workflows and processes based on real-world feedback. Key Boundaries - Does not define product roadmap (Product). - Does not build systems (Technology). - Does not own clinic performance (Regional Leaders). - Is accountable for ensuring workflows are implemented and sustained effectively. Qualifications - 4–8 years in healthcare operations or multi-site environments. - Strong implementation and change management experience. - Experience working directly with clinical teams. - Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption. - French language proficiency is an asset but not required. - Toronto-based candidates preferred; remote candidates will be considered.
