• Assist in the development and implementation of education projects and programs. • Computerize associated training records in the Learning Management System and maintain all training. • Provide secretarial support: greeting visitors, answering phones, and maintaining/updating records/files and inventory of office supplies. • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room logistics. • Use organizational systems to complete deposits, and manage and record charges, refunds, and other reports, as needed. • Use the registration database to enroll and charge the public to attend classes.

• Be a key member of the sponsor's Global Study Team contributing to delivering the clinical study to time, cost and quality • Ensuring inspection readiness by taking an oversight over study eTMF completeness • Responsible for budget oversight – managing Task/Change Orders, expenses, tracking updates, checking consistency between systems and agreements and escalating issues to the Project Manager • Responsible for country oversight, acting as a primary point of contact • Tracking of recruitment progress, data completeness and compliance, overseeing local budgets, protocol deviations, risks, regulatory approvals and import license status • Vendor management and CRO oversight, acting as a primary point of contact, overseeing study-specific deliverables • Data oversight, including oversight of eTMF completeness (eTMF setup, periodic reviews, following up on missing documents, Safety Reports Dissemination) • Maintain interactions and meetings with internal and external partners • Responsible for reviewing key clinical documents, leading development of study plans for external and internal use • Monitoring study conduct and progress, identifying, resolving and escalating risks/issues • Setting up and maintaining systems and tracking tools that ensure quality, consistency and integration of study data, following up on discrepancies if needed.

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of CDI and L&D initiatives aligned with organizational goals, guiding principles, and workplace culture priorities. • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant communications, attendance tracking, and follow-up. • Support and co-facilitate (onsite and remote) learning experiences, including cultural competency, inclusive leadership, management-focused, and cultural awareness trainings. • Track, review, and interpret participation, engagement, feedback, and outcome data to evaluate program effectiveness and surface meaningful insights. • Identify meaningful trends, gaps, and opportunities and prepare context-informed recommendations that support continuous improvement of CDI and L&D programs. • Consult with leaders and internal stakeholders to understand team learning needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions. • Partner with CDI and L&D leaders to develop, customize, and refine training content using organizational context, participant feedback, and program data. • Maintain accurate program records, reports, and data while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. • Manage CDI and L&D communication channels, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, accurate, and appropriate for the audience and topic. • Collaborate with internal partners to support cross-functional initiatives, special projects, cultural celebrations, and organization-wide learning efforts. • Coordinate outreach and logistics for external partners, guest speakers, facilitators, and vendors connected to CDI and L&D programming. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide coverage and management of a provider desktop to support Provider shortages due to PTO/TAP and/or vacancies. • Review and address labs, messages, refills, and documents found within the provider desktop. • Monday-Friday remote position with on-site training.
