Senior Time and Labor Analyst
Strada
• Support the Time and Labor team with the implementation and rollout of timekeeping systems, including requirements gathering, testing, UAT, and deployment activities. • Support Time and Labor and timekeeping platforms such as ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, and UKG/Kronos. • Provide real-time monitoring and operational support for Time and Labor systems. • Support time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, hours worked, and time-off processes. • Ensure established Time and Labor processes and procedures are consistently followed. • Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed. • Monitor service-level performance and recommend actions to help teams meet Service Level Goals. • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify process or system improvements. • Support documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Time and Labor and workforce management concepts.
- Hands-on experience with timekeeping or time entry systems.
- Experience with ADP, SAP, Workday Time Tracking, UKG/Kronos, or similar Time and Labor platforms.
- Experience supporting timekeeping system implementations, testing, UAT, or rollouts.
- Understanding of time entry, PTO, attendance, overtime, and time-off processes.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, if needed.
