Role Description Join a large tech company and make a meaningful difference for all employees. You will provide HR assistance to organizational employees, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels, including phone, chats, and HR cases. Your role as an HR Assistant II will involve serving as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries and offering holistic case management services, including financial, health, and internal reviews to comply with benefit plans. - Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries. - Provide holistic case management services, including financial, health, and internal reviews. - Ensure accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries through phone, chats, and HR cases. - Build trust with employees by providing empathetic and personalized communication. - Manage workload effectively to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity goals. - Utilize critical thinking and high judgment to balance process adherence with employee needs. - Resolve inquiries by referring to documentation and escalating when necessary. - Consult and collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies. Qualifications - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong customer service focus with a priority on quality and customer experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to understand benefit terms and programs. - Strong judgment and decision-making skills. - High degree of ownership and ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy. - Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment. - Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments. - Technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. - Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
