Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources administrative or coordinator experience.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including onboarding, HR administration, and employee support.
- Experience working with an HRIS, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Role Description Bowman has an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator II - Benefits to join our team remotely. This role provides administrative and coordination support for the Benefits team, delivering responsive, accurate service to employees and management. Responsibilities include assisting employees with: - Benefit enrollments - Benefits qualifying life events (QLEs) - COBRA administration - Tuition assistance programs - General benefits inquiries Responsibilities - Perform work under moderate supervision, receiving direction on moderately complex assignments. - Coordinate benefits onboarding activities for new employees. - Educate new hires on eligibility, enrollment deadlines, and available benefit options. - Monitor completion of benefit enrollment requirements. - Process and verify new hire benefit elections within established timelines. - Review and process employee requests related to marriage, divorce, birth/adoption, loss of coverage, reduction in hours, and dependent changes. - Verify supporting documentation and ensure compliance with plan rules and deadlines. - Communicate status updates and next steps to employees. - Process tuition reimbursement and educational assistance requests. - Verify eligibility and required documentation. - Track approvals, reimbursement status, and payment processing. - Communicate program guidelines and deadlines to employees. - Assist with COBRA eligibility reviews, benefits carrier file errors, and notifications. - Assist in the support of training and development activities organized by the department. - Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR-related information and communications.
