Senior Director, Assistant General Counsel

DaVita Kidney Care

Role Description Attorneys successful in this position will provide legal guidance and support on contractual, regulatory, operations, and risk matters associated with DaVita’s business lines. This attorney’s primary focus will be working with and advising DaVita’s Payor Partnerships senior leadership and business team on issues related to: - Contracts (fee-for-service and value-based) - Healthcare transactions - Risk mitigation issues - Healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse laws and regulations This teammate also will have oversight and mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the team.
