Job Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia
  • 6–10 years of legal experience required
  • Law firm experience required, combined in-house counsel experience preferred
  • Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills

Role Description As the Senior Director, Corporate Counsel , you will be the "legal architect" for VAST’s corporate infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience as corporate counsel at a US-regulated pharmaceutical company and in litigation, as well as a deep-seated commitment to women’s health.
